My doubt regarding medical practice, can we refuse treatment to a not so serious patient who dumped your prescription, was under follow up with another physician for months .and coming back to you again? I feel we can and we should especially if they complain to local police and media because if you re- treat that patient something bad happens this fellow can suit you right.
