Can a superspeciality doctor be framed with IPC 304 wherein the same forensic doctors who did postmortem pose as experts and give expert medical opinion against the superspeciality doctor and police frames up FIR on this basis and slams 304? Is this not against supreme court laws and can the police and forensic doctors be taken up for perjury etc? How to proceed further ?? Any medico-legal experts esp.
