A randomized controlled trial conducted in Vietnam assessed the effectiveness and tolerability of a dapalene cream 0.1% in treating moderate skin aging in women aged 30–65 . The study found that after 6 months, the treatment group showed a significant reduction in the Skin Ageing Score (SAS) and improvement in pigmentation and wrinkles compared to the control group. Common side effects included stinging (64.3%) and xerosis (25%), which improved after 2 months. The study concluded that adapalene cream 0.1% is a promising treatment for skin aging, offering significant benefits with good tolerability. ##Reference## Tran QT, Le DV, Vu YH, Le MH, Vu LH, Le DH, et al.
