A patient of mine had undergone conservative myomectomy in oct 2015. She was kept on dienogest 2 mg daily for 3 months. There was spotting for few days post operation. Now it is 2 months post operation. She got no menses.

USG was done. Uterine cavity is clear. Can Dienogest cause amenorrhoea? She is not willing to travel to her gynac. Please comment.
