My wife suffering with chronic b/l heal pain since 5 -7 yrs, with h/o same complaint in her father not known due death. I consulted general physician and ortho pedician regarding her problem ,area pain is2X2cm over proximal part of the heal (plantar aspect), pain will aggrevates on standing even for 30 min to 1 hr pain will be severe, recently one month back she diagnosed severe anaemia (7.5) with hyperthyroidism (high TSH,with normal T3,T4) previously she took tab Evion and tab Calcium, inj.
metylcobalamine and nicotinamide and folic acid combianation and tab homin and iron injection and tab thyronorm but no improvement in her condition. Kindly advise further management and treatment reagarding above problem.
