A 18 year old male presented with b/l excessive watering for 3-4 years. No past history of trauma/palsy. O/E vision 6/6, both anterior n post. seg did not reveal any abnormality. nld patent b/l. Schrimers test more than 35 mm within 2 and 1/2 mins. FDT retension of dye even after 2mins(?

Sac atonia). ENT review reveled allergic rhinopathy. Was prescribed anti histaminics tabs and nasal spray for 2 weeks but not resolving. Kindly give suggestions, what to do next? Thank you.
