A young boy of 30 years c/o blood coming from throat frequently, in small quantities from last 3 months. Investigation and ENT check up done are normal. Even Bronchoscopy with BAL is also normal. On 29-7-17 again c/o chest pain all over bones of chest and fever.

He is a salesman at road side shop late night. What can it be? X-ray shows hilar shadows and Rt lower lobe ill defined shadows?
