A 50-year-old lady with two-year history of menopause and on Tamoxifen post MRM due to breast carcinoma complains of profuse sweating and hot flushes, can she be given paroxetine? Maybe she has Diaphoresis. Please explain the pharmacodynamics too if it is given.

It is acetylcholinesterase inhibitor which shall prevent the reuptake of acetylcholine, is it suitable. Please suggest.
