A patient who was G3 took MT pills in October. Got D&C done in Feb for retained products of conception. Now came with amenorrhoea since Feb. UPT negative. Scan shows the empty sac-like structure of 15 mm.
Hb 11. WBC relative lymphocytosis. Can UPT be negative in retained products of conception (RPOC)? Should I do a repeat D&E?
