Many of us still use terminology as CLSI Guidelines - which is totally wrong. Can we use CLSI printed copy, which is in name of the company who is buying it and say we have adopted CSLI?

As that copy is copyrighted to that particular customer only, I think as per copyright act it will not be legal. Kindly opine on this.
