Case Presentation A 16-year-old girl, born in São Tomé and Príncipe and recently relocated to Portugal, presented at her family medicine center with a one-year history of asthenia and diffuse abdominal pain. She reported no changes in bowel movements, urinary or gynecological symptoms, nausea, or vomiting.
