I am asking for guidance for a future career. I had already done 2 months of hands-on internship and another 4 months of observership in USA, Also passed all the USMLE exams and got standard ECFMG certificate. I did get the interview, but unfortunately, I didn't match.

Then, I came back to India and got residency in Microbiology. Now, Once I finish my Microbiology here, what kind a scope I have to go abroad? I am open to both, educational as well as a job opportunity.Please suggest
