Can anyone suggest the proper line of evaluation & treatment for enlarged breast (bilateral) in a 12 year old girl,   developed over a period of 5/6 month? The girl has no visible abnormality except she is yet to start menstruating. Routine blood & serum prolactin appears within normal limit.

Please suggest a course of action.
