A known patient of ovarian tumour taken for surgery under spinal anaesthesia. The patient went in shock, purse not palpable, blood pressure, not recordable, respiration stopped, pupils were dilated and fixed. Endotracheal intubation was done, respiration with Ambu bag and cardiac massage started.

After half an hours effort, patient back to normal and went to the ward by walking. It's a miracle.
