I have a male patient of around 33 yrs. of age with recurrent T. Vesrsicolor since last 5-6 years.

I  treated him with all kind of oral as well as topical anti-fungals such as fluconazole, itraconazole, lamilsil etc. but after responding to treatment for few months and he presents again with similar rashes. Does anyone has answer to treat his condition to prevent these recurrences?
