Case Presentation A 49-year-old HIV-positive woman presented to the dermatology clinic with multiple crusted plaques, nodules, and ulcers on her face, arms, and abdomen that appeared four weeks ago. The woman reported the occurrence of red and painful eyes six months before the presentation. The patient was referred to an ophthalmology clinic, where the condition was revealed as papillitis. From the physical appearance (as shown in the cover image) of crusted plaques and papillitis, the case was diagnosed with tertiary neurosyphilis.
