This is a continuation of the previous case ( click here ) posted a case 86 year old man presented with giddiness and syncope. As all discussed it is a case of sinus bradycardia. This could be a presentation of sick sinus node also. Still, we need to evaluate for electrolytes, thyroid functions, metabolic factors, drugs like beta blockers. Holler or event loop recorder studies help to find out the severity of Bradycardia, sinus pauses or intermittent complete heart blocks. Symptomatic bradycardia is an indication for permanent pacemaker implantations. We evacuated him for all above factors.
