A 65-year-old male patient from Utah attended OPD with following symptoms fever with red raised ulcerations on both lower and upper limbs and trunk since 8 months numbness of upper and lower limbs joint pain On examination, the patient is severely ill bed-ridden anaemic ulcers on both upper and lower limbs. The patient was treated previously at a renowned hospital in Delhi without any relief. Blood urea 113mg/dl and serum creatine 3.6 serum sodium 120 mg/dl serum chlorides 88 and serum albumin 2.6/dl serum uric acid 15 on dated 28/07/19.
The treatment started and repeat investigations were done on September 18, 2019. Blood urea 46.9 and serum creatinine 0.6 and other parameters were normal and the patient was substantially improved. Compare pictures.
