70/M ,Case of CKD (creat 1.9 at present) ,Post CABG,HTN, presented to hospital with c/o thigh pain .Sonography and MRI used to confim that there was haematoma ,Blood invst revealed anaemia Platelets normal.Transfused blood after all routine invstgn normal no blleding tendency found,Haematologist opinion said could be secondary to aniplatelets.haematoma stable in size no cjhange .pt discharged with advise for conservative management Returned next day with abdominal pain revealing fresh haematomas and drop in haemoglobin All clotting parameters including lups anitcoagulant negative what further investigation can be done?
