Mr M (Name Changed)  aged about 40 years working as a radiographer ct/mri_sub urban chennai since few months he is suffering with mild form of uneasyness and occipital headache often sleep disturbances in the nights .with frequent wake ups general examinations he is normal non hypertensive non diabetic his plain ct scan shows _colpocephaly _abnormally dilated occipital horn of left lateral ventricle _on CEMRI shows there is cyst like structure _arachnoid simple cyst in left lateral ventricle occipital horn _it could benign _patient worrying because radiographer _daily seeing such cases _what is management of this case any help from neuro physicians/surgeons.
