38 yr old lady, diagnosed c /o p ANCA positive vasculitis since 1 yr involving kidney (s.creat 3.0 )n brain with epileptic attacks on anti convulsant.......treated with prednisolone.n cyclophosphamide. .....now presented with kidney n lung involvement on bipap for lung support extensive fibrosis of lung upto bilateral mid zone ....received plasma pheresis of 5 cycles......
