As a medical teacher for few decades, I realized that as teachers we have the role to play and stand against many odds, The Medical Education in India faces many challenges. Our model of medical education and training is almost a century old due to scarcity of teachers in particular seniors and professor, the system is exploited by both the professors and medical council of India with power to sanction to run the colleges drowned in corruption the truth is known to many knows, the students are rarely taught any skills and innovations or creativity to think for the future, whoever wishes to change the present system will be isolated, the syllabus is outdated to the clinical needs, there are professors from many government and public institutions singing the same song of their many decades of experience in the service.Outdated and archaic, we still continue with british system of…
