A 40 year old, male diagnosed as case of RHD with MR, on digoxin, acitrom, antiplatelet agents complains Of chest pain off and on. The pain is not associated with sweating or breathlessness. It occurs both at rest and exertion.
It subsides of Its own after several hours. Please suggest the relevant investigation and the line of treatment.
