General Anaesthesia for 2nd-trimester patient coming for laparoscopic cholecystectomy. What are the problems? Should we use Tocolytics? We have a case 31-year-old patient with gallstones which she is very symptomatic, pain decreased appetite other issues. She is a PIH patient on alpha Methyldopa, fairly controlled BP.
Now she wants the surgery to get rid of problems, we have explained to her that there is chances of abortion is there. What precautions should we take as an anaesthetist? Please give your opinion.
