Ten year old boy who had undergone heart valve replaced with Mechanical valve (Chithra valve ) Now asymptomatic. Observation/ Examination: His vitals stable. CVS findings . Pulse normal volume . BP 100/70, JVP not raised.
Apex felt in the fifth space 1 cm outside midclavicular line. Mechanical valve sounds heard.No third or fourth heart sounds. Short systolic murmer grade II heard at pulmonary area. No diastolic murmer. Other system normal See the ECG What is ideal plan for follow up Is it anyway different from recommended plan of follow up .if so why and How will you follow up How frequently, for clinical, ECG and ECHO ?
