importance & urgency of imaging modality in meningitis in infant.

5 month old male child presented with Fever, loose stool ,vomiting & paucity of left lower limb movement since 4 days. CBS suggestive of luecocytosis. Child is irritable, refusal tofeed.lower limb power 2/5,tone is normal.no convulsion. Hemodynamically stable. Csf done .awaiting report.

Clinically looking like of bacterial meningitis..started with broad spectrum antiboitcs ceftriaxone & amikacin. Do u feel need of  CT scan or MRI is urgent ?.or can I wait ? As imaging is not available in in our hospital..
