26 year old male has chronic cough for more than a year. Mainly during waking up in morning and at night. Not much copious expectoration. No dyspnea or chest pain, no specific lung signs.

What does history suggest? No relief with codiene formulary or antihistamines. Please guide me to a diagnosis based on this history.
