A 36-year-old right-handed female presented with a two-week history of left leg weakness and altered level of consciousness, with a background two-year history of increasingly severe headaches and back pain while the patient was simultaneously taking fertility treatments. Previously, (two years ago) a CT without contrast was performed because of increasingly severe headaches but did not report any abnormalities.
