Clinical Evidence for PG-HPG Nanoemulsion: Real-World and Phase IV Outcomes in Dry Eye Disease

Highlights • Dry eye disease is characterized by tear film instability and heterogeneous symptom presentation that often requires therapies targeting multiple tear film layers. ¹ • PG-HPG nanoemulsion lubricant eye drops (Systane® Complete) demonstrated significant improvements in multiple dry eye symptoms over 28 days in a prospective study. ¹ • Symptom improvements were observed using validated patient-reported outcome measures including IDEEL-SB and DEQ-5.
