With my experience of being in active medical & surgical practice after graduation in 1965. & MS (ENT) in 1969, MNAMS( ENT) in 1978, Block MO from 1969 to 1973, University Medical officer for a year & a successful teacher & clinician in the largest Medical college hospital of Bihar from 1974 to 2001, I strongly opine that the medicos & paramedics face adverse situation frequently or infrequently because of faulty communication skill.
