pt aged 67 now had acs 2yrs ago for which pami and tripple stenting to rca was done.3 months later a planned plasty with endeavour stenting was done in lca.the patient is doing very well till date with good effort tolerance walking 3-4 km daily and on conventional drugs like b blockers,sartans,aspirin,clopidogrel,nitrates,anti diabetics met+glimi+vogli,benformet plus for length related diabetic neuropathy and statins+fibrates, trimetazidine.with 2d echo normal ef 60%.eccg near normal,cardiac markers are normal except tg raised and hbaic-6/7. the question is what drugs and how long each to be continued life long,besides life style changes therapeutic,yoga,exercises strict dietetic control and meditation.
