Why do Indian doctors earn so less than US doctors? The answer is very simple. Not only doctors but every professional earns far less in India than in US. Compare with any profession in US earns more than any average Indian.
The economy is so strong that whatever little you do is always glorified and magnified when compared to India. And what makes their economy so robust is an interesting question, which I would like to answer later but for time being be satisfied that it is not only doctors but every profession earns far more than in India and same reason why engineers, graduates including doctors prefer to work at other jobs than what they are trained for in India.
