A young patient (35yrs) had eaten reheated chicken after 2 days and ended up with diarrhea and vomiting. Very soon he collapsed due to shock. Blood works shows increased WBC and neutophilia. Its been 4 days and BP is not returing back to normal after IV infusions, antibiotics and drugs to increase BP, which is still hovering around systolic 60 (without drugs) to systolic 90 (with drugs).
His creatinine level are on a rise now, still not very high though (around 4). Any input will be much appreciated! ECG is normal.
