Synopsis Every year 45% of pregnancies that happen are unintended. Women who copper intrauterine device, levonorgestrel intrauterine system (LNG-IUS), or single-rod contraceptive implant, have lower rates of unintended pregnancy than those using other methods of reversible contraception.
