A 50 yr old male (Diag: Epilepsy) on Oxytol XR 300 (Oxycarbamazepine) c/o slight confusion and weakness. His Serum Na level was 126 mEq/L.(Oxycarbamazepine is known to cause Hyponatraemia). He is not on any diuretics and has no history of DM or HT. His BP continues to be around 122/82 mm Hg and there are no signs of heart failure, kidney disfunction or dehydration.

He has been provided domiciliary care with an increased salt diet, reduced oral fluids and 15 day Na monitoring. He is now better and the level has risen to 132 mEq/L in 15 days. Please suggest any improvement/changes in Rx/Inv?
