PROBLEMS ASSOCIATED WITH NECK CONTRACTURE Malnourished, anaemic, hypoproteinemia Psychiatric  tendencies and  possible drug interactions  (MAO inhibitors where mephentermine is not given) Poor oral hygiene, hypothermia, inaccurate estimation of blood loss, drug dependency. Difficulty in establishing  venous access, Extracellular  fluid is more than intracellular Succinylcholine is contraindicated upto 2yrs after burns.
