After assessing the Coronary angiogram(CAG) of more than 2000 patients of various centres, following conclusions are made. Rarely this opportunity to assess CAG from various centres is possible for a single Physician or even a cardiologist. This rare experience  is shared for the sake of better planning in cardiology practice.

In emergency depending on the necessity PTCA is mostly decided by independent cardiologist.
