Synopsis Coronary computed tomography angiography (CTA) is a less-invasive and cost saving technique compared to conventional angiography. But its utility in patients with complex coronary artery disease (CAD) is yet to be explored. This study aims to determine the agreement between separate heart teams (a cardiac surgeon, interventional cardiologist and a radiologist) on treatment decision-making based on either coronary CTA or conventional angiography.
