The increasing incidences of infection and deaths related to COVID-19 necessitate updating evidence-based guidelines to help clinicians and other healthcare professionals create effective treatment plans. In this regard, the Infectious Diseases Society of America (IDSA) has developed up-to-date, comprehensive guidelines that compile 32 recommendations for COVID-19 treatment.
