I asked the auditor will it not be good that Govt gives some fixed amount every year towards travel allowance (LTC) without insisting on producing tickets and sanctioned leave etc. He replied " You are very young sir.
The art of administration demands that subordinates must be encouraged to violate the law. Because of the guilty conscious, they remain obedient. If you pay cash without questions they will be no more subordinate and start dictating terms !!" MCI seems to follow the same principle and encouraging doctors to indulge in criminal acts. It is disgusting to see senior most and respected doctors…
