One of the biggest problem we are facing these days is shortage of faculty in medical colleges. What to say of newer colleges, the older institutions are also facing crisis of faculty . There is lack of SR, Assistant Prof . Associate Prof. and Professors every where. The Government is increasing the number of MBBS seats and is opening new colleges.
How this shortage will be met. The medical education can not be improved with out adequate teaching faculty. The quality of patient care also suffers. What is your thought about this faulty shortage in medical colleges?
