What is the relation between CRP and CRPHS? Can CRP has been used as a sepsis marker in stead of CRP? I mean if I screen sepsis with CRP has instead of CRP, will I get false negative results?

Does CRP-:HS rise only in cardiac inflammation and not in case of inflammation due to other cause?
