The way we teach the undergraduates is a matter of criticism for many reasons, we have > 400 Medical colleges, loaded with mushrooming of private medical colleges. In spite of producing thousands of Undergraduate doctors, the quality of education is very poor and least skilled to handle matters, and few wish to go to village and many are not prepared because what we taught is modern and advanced knowledge and least prepared to work in resource poor areas, one reason is they are loaded with theoretical thinking the no practical execution, and teachers themselves are poor to demonstrate the matters.
