Who is responsible for the death of a 32 years old man who was sucked by MRI Machine as he was carrying oxygen cylinder. Man died within 2 minutes due to the bursting of cylinder and leakage of oxygen Charges made:- ward boy told not to carry metallic articles in machine room.but man carried oxygen cylinder which is prohibited. Dharna by political men given outside dean's s office.Complaints filed against the doctor, ward boy, and other staff members. Is doctor or hospital responsible for this death? There are two facts which difficult to believe.
