20years old female with secondary amenorrhoea with PCOS

What is the best line of management for a 20 years old unmarried female with secondary amenorrhoea since 1 year ?..Her USG shows bilateral polycystic ovaries with increased stromal echogenicity. She has a BMI of 31 ;  has mild hisutism over face ; secondary sexual characters are normal .

Her H/O menarche at 13 years age and irregular cycles since then.Patient has taken Metformin 500 mg twice a day 2 years back for 6 months then stopped on her own.Her lab tests are : FBS:105 mg/dl , FSH :4.68 mIU/ml , LH:4.81 mIU/ml , TSH :3.23 uIU/ml (normal) ; serum prolactin:7.54 ng/ml (normal) ; free testosterone : 2.28 pg/ml..(normal).
