a patient 41 years old G2p2+0 last delivery 2 years back. having complaint of cyclical havy menstural flow for one year, glycttorrhea for 6 months(no breast feeding )dyspnea and fatigue for 4 months, no drug history .on oxamination she was grossly pale ,thyroid normal glycttorrhea positive, uterus normal size.ultrasound pelvis normal. her serum prolectine was 45 ng on repeat 50 ng , day second fsh level is 10.1 normal is 9.9( lab refrence). thyroid profile is normal.
what would be the possible diagnosis as with slightly high fsh and prolectine levels and regular cycles. should start bromocripten or cabergoline or get her MRI done.
