A 19 months old child was suffering from fever, common cold, and cough who was taken to a doctor. The child was given an injection which causes further deterioration of health resulting in the death of the child after five days despite, treatment given by the doctor. Parents complaint against the doctor to police causing the death of the child due to medical negligence.
