My close relative was operated for Craniopharyngioma at a hospital in Mumbai in March 2015 and reoperated by ex-neurosurgeon recently. Patient lost vision after surgery this time due to new growth of tumor nearing and below optic chiasma. Patient has fluctuations in BP electrolytes and hormones.

Please advise further. His age is 56 yrs.
