Clinical Reasoning in Teleconsultations With teleconsultation rapidly transforming healthcare delivery, the quality of physician-to-physician clinical reasoning has emerged as a critical determinant of patient outcomes. This qualitative study explored the key components shaping effective clinical reasoning within teleconsultations under Iran’s national ‘ Moein Program ’ for obstetrics and gynaecology.

Using a directed content analysis approach, semistructured interviews were conducted with 16 obstetrician-gynaecologists until theoretical saturation was achieved.
