Therefore her wife from Maharashtra filed a consumer court case in Delhi state against the hospital as negligence of service.
But Delhi state commission didn't consider this case in consumer court as here excess money is not charged but the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has directed the Delhi State Commission to reconsider a case of alleged medical negligence by the hospital that led to the death of a patient.
